I have stayed for three nights with my wife. Beds were comfy and the space was constantly pretty clean. The staff have been extremely useful and welcoming and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are large and the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was good. Not a super social hotel at least during our stay.

Fantastic staff members, incredibly welcoming and useful particularly during the day shifts. For the cost its an outstanding offer. The receptionist is awesome, is familiar with great spots to visit for travellers.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff at the reception were available at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly wonderful hotel and excellent area. Surely will advise Carlton Hotel Budapest!
